Deep Scratches and dents on the sides and back of phone. But the screen is perfect and the cameras work great. The battery is also in very good health. I plan to keep this phone and put a case on it. None of the scratches or dents would show with a case on. Mine also came with a case which wasn’t advertised so I consider this to be a good value.

I am becoming less and less enthused about apple products every year. this phone was extraordinarily difficult to set up and transfer info from old apple phone, for some reason. I Had to make numerous calls to apple care to resolve issues and its still not fully working right.

Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes).
