BUYER BEWARE!! HIGHLY DECEPTIVE SELLER!! I purchased a dress listed as "New & Vintage", neither were true. I opened package, immediately noticed holes on top of inner liner and hanger straps were cut off. Dress smelt like swamp water. Contacted seller, who said that I put the holes in dress because it didn't fit me and thinks I am just not a kind person. Dress wasn't for me and I never tried it on! I have a 100% rating, seller does not! Seller falsely advertises, highly deceptive and ROTTEN!!!!
