This battery was advertised as 8700mAh. It was noticeably lighter than the Apple battery I removed. After following the instructions for powering up the first time and resetting the SMC, this battery is only 6510mAh. That's 2190mAh less than advertised, or about 75% of what it was supposed to be. Well, what are you going to do? Thought I'd let others know what I got. (This was for an Early 2011 MacBook Pro 17")
