    Clever Watch Tool

    This tool is indispensable if you are trying to remove a watch case back that has slots in it for requiring a spanner-type tool.. Other tools on the market are hard to set up accurately and are cumbersome to use. This baby does the trick and is simple to setup and easy to use. Priced right, this is just the tool you need to open your watch and replace your battery at home and save money too!

    Just the wrench, not a kit!

    Won't unscrew the back because it keeps slipping out of the indentations. Also, it states "Adjustable Repair Tool Kit" however, it does not include the yellow holder that is shown in the picture, just the blue wrench.

    Great Value

    I needed to change a battery on a LARGE Bulova watch , I priced other tools on E Bay and they were pricey or size specific . I bought this with a lot of reservation because the price was so low but I thought if it works once its way cheaper and less hassle than finding a jeweler to do it . It turned out to be adjustable from very small to way bigger than I needed and is very sturdy . All metal and easy to adjust and use , I don't know what the units that cost 15 times more can do for my situation that this one won't .

    Not a "Rectangle" watch back case cover opener remover wrench repair kit.

    This is not an "Adjustable Rectangle Watch Back Case Cover Opener Remover Wrench Repair Kit". At least in my layman judgement. It is not to remove the back case cover for "rectangle" watches. As near as I can figure, it is to remove the back cover of waterproof watches. It has two protrustions that fit in the indented case and you turn it to unscrew the "round" back cover. If you will note in the picture with the ad, it shows a round watch. I did use it to unscrew the round back cover on one my waterproof watches and it worked just fine.

    It Really Works!

    This little gadget does exactly what it is advertised to accomplish\! It allows you to open the back of various "screw back" watches to replace the battery. These watches are often the deep six waterproof variety which allows the back to screw down on a gasket to seal the watch and provide water protection. Care must be taken, however, when the watch is being disassemble to make sure the seal is not torn and free of debris and grease. In my quest for a means to remove the backs of several of my watches, I viewed a lot of YouTube videos. There are some that show removal of a back with something like putty and another uses a pair of needle nose pliers. Even a pair of scissors were shown. Most are far more costly than this simple gadget and often have an inherent danger of scratching up ...
