The phone was in a bit worse condition than I expected but I told them about it and they were willing to do a return no questions asked, after a bit of testing the imperfections weren't as noticeable as I originally thought so I didn't go through with the return since I did get it for a decent deal. It was shipped in double layered padded envelopes which I originally thought wouldn't be enough, but there was no further damage to it from shipping so I guess they do know what they're doing.
