The product arrived damaged and not useable as intended. It was minimally packed for shipping. I sent pics of the damage. The seller offered a small partial refund if I would accept the damage. After I declined the seller stopped communicating. I had to get ebay customer service to resolve the refund. I understand things get damaged in shipping and it's a nusiance to deal with. To ghost a customer seems illogical for what could have been a simple issue to resolve. F for effort.
