There was a delay in shipping and when I inquired, the response was immediate ( tracking number was published but then they shut down over a holiday). Shipping was upgraded from USPS to UPS to get the item to me by the original promised date. Really appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and won’t hesitate to do business again. Definitely recommend

Perfect; The first use produced Perfect Steaks (as they should be for a George Foreman Grill). The Shipping was done quickly and the U.S.P.S. was trying to crush it on one corner but the Seller did a Perfect job of packaging the grill plates to prevent any damage. This was a Perfect transaction between buyer and seller.
