I watched an interview with the author/ chef, on television a couple years ago. I am curious about his approach to cooking, and want to see if any recipes are some I might try. I do cook every day, and I do like to try new recipes out on my husband. I'll know more after it arrives, and I put it to use.
This is my husbands favorite chef and being that things are pretty tight financially this year I was thrilled to find such an amazing seller that had this book in stock. This is sure to make my husbands Christmas! Of course, I had to take a peek before I wrapped it and I am amazed at the detailed instructions! Some of the recipies are a bit advanced, however with Chef Paul's precise details even a beginner could prepare any of these dishes! I would like if there were pictures for each and every dish, but the pictures that are there are still wonderful. I can't WAIT for my husband to open this Christmas gift and GET COOKING!!!
