The item arrived in the condition advertised (albeit slightly damaged due to poor packaging).
I have two complaints:
1. The seller only used a thin envelope without cushioning.
It's a miracle that the box wasn't crushed entirely during transit. It's a bit dented and dinged in some spots, but otherwise okay.
2. The seller uses UPS. They never ring the intercom and/or put packages in safe locations. Today, the delivery driver left my package in the lobby without notice.
