      My Favorite

      As an Esthetician, I recommend good quality fish oil to be taken by my clients on a daily basis (along with using the correct skin care products - pref very low on added chemicals & high on aloe very gel and other quality ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, etc), I tell them all to take min. 1 tsp of this daily (I also give it to my dog for his coat and joints). It really makes your skin glow from within and keeps it supple. Plus the lemon flavor is easy to take.

      I use omegas in my life.. My dog has a rare immune disorder.. This has helped to keep her immune system ramped up.. We have had no reoccurrences of the disorder...! Good stuff!

      Most economical way to take omega 3 oils.

      I like to use this liquid fish oil. I am trying to lessen the number of "pills" I take every day so I enjoy just taking a small swig of this oil and washing it down with water. I only taste a slight lemony flavor, no pills to swallow.

      Fish Oil vs Cod Liver Oil.

      We had been getting the Carlsen Cod Liver Oil and I ordered the Fish Oil by mistake. I noticed that the Fish Oil is not as thick as the Cod Liver oil. The taste and function seems to be about the same as both are lemon flavored and cost about the same. I was please with the quality of the Fish Oil, I guess it just depends on what you are looking for.
