Very smooth transaction, fast shipping, and hassle-free return, even though the item being delivered was not as informed or described, as the lens could be damaged due to rough handling during shipping/handling.
It was shipped to me in a manufacturer's package (Not Panasonic Lumix, but Fujifilm), without having a second box/cushion provided for protection required for rough handling or shock load, vibration which may be encountered during shipping.
