I placed ordered from these guys. My order came late and damaged due to usps mishandling the package. They guys worked with me and sent me a new motor for the clock that was damaged because of usps. I received the new motor via ups. Package was banged up because of ups. I let the guys know what happened. With the package. The guys work with me and did right. I hold nothing against them for the issues with the carriers. I will buy again from them in the future. Thank you for your help guys!
