Seller had items listed as “open box” which means new item. Item shows up damaged with obvious wear from usage. Auto reply is all I got until negative feed back and then left with option to get refund or swap. Basically wasted my time and may cost me the customer I was ordering speaker for. The power and ground wire i received in the package was like an 8ga instead of a 4ga wire like it was supposed to be. But when I contacted the seller to notify them. They immediately offered to send out a free replacement or start to process a refund. Which is hard to come by these days in my experience with online shopping. Customer service is outstanding.
