    Brilliant and hassle free!

    Thank you for this brilliant and hassle free invention. Really takes the guess work out of the fermentation process. No need to "burp" the jar. My sauerkraut turned out delicious and mold free. Matching PLASTIC screw on lids would really put this product over the top for me.
