The only thing that I have a complaint about is the packaging job. The box was WAY too small, horse arrived with her ears sticking out of the box and one hoof about to come through. Bubble wrap was used but only covered the body of the horse. Legs and ears were left unprotected. Thankfully the horse arrived unscathed but seller should pack more carefully and use a larger box for breakable breyer horses. Otherwise, Horse was as described and shipped quickly.
