I purchased this DVD for Happy New Year Charlie Brown. It is just as great as I remember from the 80's ... Love the Peanuts and this special is one of the greatest after the originals from the 60's and 70's ... it is hidden as a second feature so many may not notice it upon purchase

Here is another great Peanut's classic in this special Re-Run, Lucy's and Linus's little brother wants a dog for Christmas but since he can't have one he plays with Snoopy until Snoopy's brother spike comes to visit and Re-Run and his siblings take care of Spike but will their mom let them keep him, well you'll have to watch this great classic to find out. and then this DVD contains a bonus episode called Charlie Brown's Christmas tales which you see Charlie Brown, Lucy, Sally, Linus, and Snoopy get ready for the Christmas season in 5 different little stories. The animation, stories and voice cast is great in these specials. If you have not seen this DVD then I recommend you do.
