This item arrived and did not work correctly. I contacted the seller who blamed it on user error. In an effort to be reasonable I took his suggestion and even took it to a well seasoned lighting tech who confirmed my suspicion. The controller is faulty and does not respond consistently to user input.
When I contacted the seller again they refused to help in any way be it exchange or refund. Ebay is currently conducting a review of this sellers account for non communication.
