Item was as described. Good condition with only slight scuffing on the back. I was able to install a custom ROM on it since bootloader was unlockable. Battery seems fine, hope it holds. My only complaints are that I asked a question and never got a response. Also seller sent offer but I was unable to accept it and no response again when asking about it. So overall accurate description, quick shipping, but zero on communication.

Follow up 1 month later. Phone screen died. Was under the extended Google warranty. Took it to a Google approved shop. Screen replaced still didn't fix it. Seller states it's Google's problem to fix, but I already tried and they couldn't. So it must be something more serious than just the screen. Watch out with these phones, you're rolling a dice and there's no refunds if you get a lemon. Was nice while it lasted but just one month was very disappointing. Zero stars for the hassle this caused me

    Best Phone I Ever Bought.

    I absolutely love this phone! Nothing wrong with the phone, everything works perfectly. The only thing that I didn't like was a screen protector that came with it. The screen protector looked really greasy and covered the phone, so the camera quality didn't look as good. Once you take off the screen protector, and if you want to put a new one on, it's perfect.

    after a while of looking and exploring this device the device is a good phone all Google users loves these phones, but Bluetooth dont work head phone jack donsent work mic doesnt work, although you siad that the only issue is sound you didnt specify all the rest of the issues.
