Great system. Fast shipping. Customer service is quick and helpful. To use the "humanoid tracking" feature I had to upgrade the system via a USB file that I downloaded. Instructions were clear. I bought this set of security cameras, they have a very good resolution quality and are very easy to install. I had a problem with one of them, it lost the image. I contacted the company and Miss MINA helped me to solve the problem. I followed all the instructions that they gave me. and one of the cameras came out defective but (MINA) took care of replacing me with a new camera. I really recommend the service, very attentive and fast!

Zosi NVR 16 cameras
Fast network camera surveillance, 16 channel is plenty of cameras for any kind of work place, camera alarm, smartphone access from anywhere over NVR hooked to internet. Zosi cameras 4k is compatible with Zosi NVR, other brands are probably not 4k and won't be compatible, plug and play cameras powered over Ethernet cable, you can record the camera you need, and uncheck cameras that are not active, you can pick quality of recording- over 4TB hard drive, or even 3TB, 2TB, or even 1TB is plenty of time for playback. Great system
Love my Zosi security system! We have the 4 cameras with night vision CCTV because we are rural and very poor cell service area and this is a very nice system and value for the money. The pictures are clear and the night vision is really good. I love that this system can connect to the internet and I can monitor my home when I am away too. The Zosi customer service team is very helpful.

Great Item for the Money! Be Tech Savy Moving Forward!
Pros= It's great quality. Cons = It has physical washout during RTSP , gray screen to be more specific Pros= It offers multiple functions and works good Cons= You better be tech savy to be able to install RTSP functionality and understand what you're dealing with before getting involved. I am a live streamer on Twitch and thankfully am Tech savy. The NVR= The NVR is good, but the SOUND is not working for any of the cameras. It's just a wierd frequency noise that keeps playing and playing. So that means the sound is NOT performing via the NVR properly. I did mention this as soon as I got this replacement NVR and was ignored. All I kept getting in response to my issue was, " Leave Feedback and review at this URL" blah blah blah.. Pros= It's great quality. This is my second ZOSI system, They just get better and better. This unit has great night vision, color with infrared and 2 Led white flood eyes with buzzer alarm. 2 way voice commutation, The NVR, cables and cameras all have blinking lights let you know that the system is working. With the 4k-8mp vision is excellent , I am going to add 2 more cameras on my system. Customer service was great , I just wish the had a phone # that you could call.This is my second ZOSI system, They just get better and better.
