Parts floating around inside the Amp, and it was not 700 watts like it was advertised. Shipped it back the seller was quick to respond, and sent me a label to return the item. Other than that I still need a unit everything was amicable. Still waiting on the refund. Item was poorly put in a box with little cushion to protect it. More than likely it was bounced around when it was shipped by Fed Ex who made me buy extra cushions material to ship it back to the tune of $5.00, and some change.

The power and ground wire i received in the package was like an 8ga instead of a 4ga wire like it was supposed to be. But when I contacted the seller to notify them. They immediately offered to send out a free replacement or start to process a refund. Which is hard to come by these days in my experience with online shopping. Customer service is outstanding.
