Just what I wanted. Very complex and detailed. If you are looking for a simple grow book this is not it. It explains the world of breeding, cross breeding, etc. I am trying my hand at breeding in a more scientific way with specific outcomes in mind instead of just crossing some strains and what ever they are they are. This book explains the process and gives examples of previously crossed strains and their outcomes. It explained why certain characteristics are dominant and others are not and what you can expect from other crosses using the same strain or combination and so on. It helps one understand why some strains are 7-10 years in development and how much work went into it. It will also help one understand what to expect from seeds that are labeled S1 or F1 or F5 or any of the other ... Just what I wanted. Very complex and detailed.
