    Have been using flaxseed oil softgels for many years. Nature Made is a well known brand. Have no complaints about it. Capsule may be hard to swallow for some due to its size. Consider this before ordering.

    I started taking this product for dry eye symptoms. Was unable to determine results. Continued for possible circulatory benefits. Hard to determine results but I feel strongly enough about it to continue taking it.
