    Too fast!

    These are only 20 minutes long, so they really need to make the most of those 20 minutes. Instead, you are wasting times trying to follow their complicated steps. It's like dancing. Needs to be simpler for effective workouts. I don't feel like I did anything when it is over.

    The Firm is an excellent workout routine. It works everything and results show in as little as 10 days. I've done The Firm workouts since the 1980's, it's nice to see new people and tried and true routines.
