    I’m being generous with this “neutral”feedback. Seller shipped the wrong item (incorrect model number and color… at least it was a new condition as stated in the ad). I requested a refund with shipping label which the seller approved. Unfortunately, the seller didn’t even bother to take the time to personally write to say, “hey sorry about that.
