    Great for slow meditative movements.

    I've been exercising since 1977 and, at 60, I wanted something that was more meditative to use in the early morning while my coffee is brewing. I really liked this DVD because the instructions were clear and informative, and the instructor states you can use movements as you see fit. Now, I do my own qi gong movements as they come to me, and will use the DVD only for a refresher. However, I don't like that there wasn't an instruction book. I have yet to view the second DVD which is about the history of qi gong -- don't need it.

    To the point, Qigong for Beginners, exactly what it is.

    I knew what I was getting. Rented many DVD's of Qigong from the library and this exact DVD. It is slowly explained, so easy to follow all the steps and ease of motion and stretches with breathing. From the ones I have seen so far, this contains the longest series of excerises, simplicity, so easy to listen to...great second DVD giving the history, where (countries)it is practiced,and for what health purposes it may help. Highly recommend it fit exactly what I needed! Great price too!

    Excellent Qigong video. Well worth the money spent.

    All went well. Excellent video actually. Qigong is explained in a manner that is easy to follow. There's a lot of Qigong exercises, more than on most Qigong tapes. Thank you very much.
