    Bourns 500K Pots

    While Bourns makes clearly the best mini-pot in the business with it's hydraulic-feel and beautiful taper functionality, these standard sized pots lack the same feel. They're great in practice and overall function, but the feel of the pot when turning them is one of an almost scratchy-scrape feel which unfortunately isn't at the same quality-level as their mini-pots. I've purchased these now on several separate occasions, and all have the same scrape-feel, so while the mini-pots are always my first choice, these would definitely be a second choice if no other option was available. They're good, but not amazing.

    Better than CTS by a long shot

    Completely excellent product...these pots will make your axe sound amazing. Heavy duty, extremely smooth mechanics and response. I used 500ka w/.022 100v orange drop and my guitars never sounded this good.

    Get 'Em!

    I bought this set to upgrade from the original equipment pots on my Jay Turser SG. The difference in the quality of volume and tone control was immediately heard. Next guitar that needs an upgrade I will be ordering more of these units!

    Original Bourns Guitar Pots

    These are the smoothest potentiometers I've used in any of my pesonal mods. While lightweight, they have great build quality, and in the end, great sound. Highly recommended.
