This item was poorly packaged. The packaging offered no protection during transit. When item arrived, the doll's left leg was loose/damaged. I reached out to seller and the seller's response was "The doll was sold as used as might have had a looser joint". This information was not provided in the listing description. This seller went on to say " I’m sure you can fix the joint' after offering a partial refund in the amount of $5.00.

they buyer is NOT telling the truth. they were ALSO offered a FULL REFUND / RETURN. They offered no photos of damage packaging. no proof after contact and no return took place. it was packaged fine/ plastic wrapped padded envelope. Ill be reporting them. sigh
