Everything works as expected, but it was not packaged properly and everything jumping inside the box. Shipping time was not great either

Fussy buyer. Shipped on 2/19 and delivered on 2/22. Items were in bubble wrap, which is the exact reason it was invented. What is the problem? Some people are just weird.
