The Seller unknowingly sold me a defective unit and made it difficult for me to return. kept wanting to send me another Camera but that wasn't the problem. I had to send lots of pictures proving it was a defective NVR in more ways than just one! see pics. I still got a runaround for a return label to return. I had to have eBay step in. I received the system in 3 separate Boxes and they wanted me to return the unit in one large box that I didn't have.& I still gave you positive feedback

Seller has Wonderful communication skills. They followed up to make sure that everything arrived safely and let me know that they are available for any questions. I discovered that this package does not include a hard drive in the DVR. That was my issue for not looking completely at the description. They pointed me in the right direction to get a hard drive but I already had a spare. Set up was easy peezie lemon sqeezie
