The seller is wonderful to work with, shipped the item quick, and packaged it extremely well! I was very impressed. The item did end up arriving broken, but that is not the seller’s fault (it was a 20+ year old screen for a laptop so the component likely just failed) and they handled the situation very well and quickly by giving a full refund.
