Came in Dyson box in a plastic bag, but didn't have any sorry of bubble wrap in it to keep it from bouncing around during shipping. Slowly it took 5 days before it was mailed. Overall, took 8 days to arrive. So not bad but could be improved. Add bubble wrap. Mailman is rough these days. Brand New. Works awesome. My Dyson vacuums great now. My old head was worn out.
