As described. Nice little 3 inches ceramic pitcher. Good packaging but this mini pitcher would have deserved to be sent in a box 4 times smaller than the one that was used to avoid a cost>To $12!

Item arrived with a major part missing. There was a hole in the box. I contacted coolboarder about it. They indicated that they would do something. They asked about compensation. I said $35. They said that wouldn't work. Since then I have been ignored and nothing has been done about my missing part. I would not recommend this seller.

The box was damaged during shipping and a weight fell out. They wanted me to refund them $35 which was more than what I sold the clock for. I told them the most they would get was $31. I tried to open a case with the post office but it didn't go through and I was so busy I haven't had the time to try again. The buyer could have tried to open a case but didn't try, just leaves a negative feedback.
