Battery is good quality and held up well under software testing and calibration as well as the laptops built-in tests. Unexpectedly came with a decent quality small screwdriver and plastic spudger which was a welcome surprise. The battery was very well packaged in ESD wrap and gray foam inserts. Casing on battery looked and felt exactly like the OEM model it was replacing and fit flawlessly.

The battery that I ordered had a piece of the plastic housing broken when I received it.
The broken piece of plastic was in the battery packaging...
Could have happened during shipping or perhaps before it was shipped.
Either way, my attempts to contact the seller for a replacement were ignored...Which seems to be a reoccurring issue with this seller based on the feedback that I've read ...
Moving forward, I'll be shopping elsewhere...
