    The description said it was an open box however I think it was more like a damaged box either way the item was “new in box” without any damage to the village pieces themselves. I appreciate the fast shipping though FedEx especially since the package came a day early. I would definitely recommend this seller again.

The product is new as described and works as it should as I have used it 2 days now and no problems. The price was great and the color red that I wanted. The outer shipping box was in good condition and well sealed. The Keurig outer box was in a considerably crushed state so I was somewhat worried. But the inside packaging around unit kept coffee maker in perfect condition
