    Item is REAL carbon. Seller needs to update item description to clarify that it’s a flexible product & not hard carbon and also educate staff on proper customer service etiquette. Cheap item & viable if you’re on a budget & don’t mind flexible carbon. Product quality is okay, customer service needs improvement. You get what you paid for, I would spend more money for a higher quality product if I could do it again.
