I've had 100s of Rolls never was every coin damaged and dirty, there was dirt on the inside roll. I asked to exchange it he called me a thief and i went through them to take the good ones. Only bad seller I've dealt with save your money if you don't want to be disrespected when you don't fall for their bull. These people are what's wrong with America

Not sure how someone from Afghanistan was able to. purchase anything from me as I do not sell out of the US for inconvenience reasons. I suppose that 100s of rolls of coins could be purchase in the short amount time on eBay. And. if 100s were purchase it is possible that more than one arrived on the same day and could have been mixed up. I certainly did not call this person a thief, only looked for reasons of his discomfiture. I have never heard of anyone give a return on an opened roll of coins
