    Quiet, Fast and Reliable Mechanical Hard Drive

    This drive is quiet, fast and reliable. The price point is competitive as well. I own several of these drives and not one has failed. Even the best solid state drives fail from time to time, that's why I continue using and buying these mechanical drives. What's not to like about this Hitachi mechanical hard drives?

    Great drive for any HTPC. Quiet Fast & Reliable

    Recently purchased this drive,and I have to say I like it. Its in my media PC (Dell 745 Dual Core) in the Living room, right next to the tv. I partitioned it into an 80gb system drive and used the rest as a storage partition. Access times seem reasonably fast, and its also VERY quiet when accessing, and playing movie files. As a storage drive for a HTPC, it is perfect. Like I said, DEAD Quiet, and fast. I give it a hearty Thumbs Up!

    EXCELLENT

    The drive works excellent....I now buy all my drives are Hitachi drives.....The Hitachi drives are the only drives I have own that have given me no problems....Even when my operating drive gets corrupt or when my motherboard is going bad....The Hitachi drives just keep on working perfectly. Outstanding product line
