The Tektronix 2213A Oscilloscope delivers analog signals and has a 60 MHz bandwidth, a 5.8 ns rise time and a 5 ns/div sweep speed. This oscilloscope has an advanced trigger system to render accurate results and efficient performance. It has an improved P31 Phosphor CRT intensity to render visuals of the waveform and provide signal values. In addition it has a vertical sensitivity of 2 mV/div to 5 V/div.

    Well Regarded Classic Analog Oscilloscopes. Usually Needs Recapping At This Age.

    These are well regarded classic analog oscilloscopes. They are very well designed and offer excellent quality and performance. Given the age of these oscilloscopes it is highly recommended that you replace the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply section. Use the right type in the right location. [Do that BEFORE a failure that causes semiconductor damage!!!] In particular use 105C long life low ESR capacitors designed for SMPS (switch mode power supplies) to replace the low ESR capacitors in the power supply. Panasonic or Nichicon of the right series are recommended. Replace all of them. Don't go by visuals after 30 years of service life. A proper recapping job done by a competent individual will allow many more years of good performance from these important analog oscilloscopes. ...

    Great (older) 'scope !

    I remember using this make and model (too many) years ago. The price (I got it for) was FANTASTIC! It is 'only' a 60mhz 'scope, but I do not need anything faster. I only wish it had the pouch on top (for probes,cables, etc.), but that is so minor a 'problem' as to not exist. This unit is clean, and still seems calibrated (still looking for a 'standard' frequency besides 60hz to check it with). If you are looking for a 'scope, Tektronics is the one I would recommend

    Exactly What I Was Looking For

    For the price, I was expecting this scope to be showing more signs of age & wear, or for it to not be functioning properly... but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything seems to be functioning very well & it does all that I need it to. And it is in pretty decent condition cosmetically too! I'm a happy camper!!
