DVD was not new, but re-shrinkwrapped. The discs were scratched and the case was damaged, which didn't occur during shipment. I contacted the seller, but they believed I was trying to scam them on an $18 DVD.�� They were unwilling to try to resolve the matter and actually wanted me to leave negative feedback. I should have known this was going to be a bad experience when I opened the box and saw the DVD wrapped in garbage bags.�� AVOID THIS SELLER LIKE THE PLAGUE!
