Missing backplate on motherboard, not mentioned in post, with AMD unfortunately the stock backplate is used for all cooler types, had to purchase one, contacted and asked for a simple 10 dollar refund to cover cost of missing component that was not described in post, he acknowledged he could not find the backplate and did not respond after asking for a 10 dollar reimbursement. Components do work and seem to be in ok condition.
