Adequate and Functional
It does what I want it to do. Namely, keep the bug droppings off my car's paint. I know this is only recommended as an indoor dust cover, but I've used one before outside all year (except winter) in New England and had it last three years at least. This new one seems to have elastic all the way around the hem, which makes for an even tighter fit. It is not waterproof. It will shade your car, but has no impact on keeping the paint cooler. In fact, I think it makes the surface of the car even hotter in direct sunlight. I was surprised at this fact. For the money you can't go wrong.
