They initially shipped the wrong part and provided an incorrect return label. When I returned the product with the label they provided, it appears it didn't reach their intended destination. Subsequently, their parent company, Nassau National Cable, contacted me via text message, demanding payment for the incorrect part. I would advise caution when dealing with this seller, as it seems they may not be operating fairly.
