Diamax Advanced Treatment by Nioxin is an innovative leave-on treatment used to increase the thickness of each existing hair strand for a fuller-looking head of hair. Diamax Advanced can penetrate the hair and make it manageable and full, and can also protect hair against breakage, which can allow it to grow longer. Nioxin Diamax Advanced comes in a 3.4 ounce bottle with a pump nozzle to dispense the treatment product. An included accessory is a plastic guard that comes with the product to prevent the nozzle from leaking during travel. With the recommended daily use, the Nioxin Diamax Advanced could last from 4-6 weeks. The key ingredient in the Nioxin Diamax Advanced is HTX, a proprietary blend of niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3), panthenol (a form of vitamin B5, also referred to as pantothenic acid), and caffeine (known for stimulating the scalp to encourage hair growth). These hair care products combined form a powerful ingredient that can be effective at achieving results on thin hair. Other ingredients include peppermint oil and menthol, and both can leave a refreshing feeling on the scalp and hair. Nioxin Diamax Advanced should be applied generously throughout the scalp on wet hair after using shampoo and conditioner or on dry hair. Massage the Diamax Advanced Treatment gently to the hair roots, and do not rinse off. For exceptional results while using Diamax Advanced Treatment, you can use it daily on wet hair immediately after shampooing. This product can also be applied to dry hair, especially if you don’t shampoo your hair every day. Great way to get healthier fuller looking hair
I have never loved the smell of this product, it’s a bit of a menthol smell. But I can’t argue with the results. Works as intended
