This was an OEM product that was easy and straight forward to replace. I had NO idea that is part was designed to be replace. Quality appeared to be comparable to the original. Pleased to keep using an excellent sander and look forward to many more years of use.

Once again back in service
I have had this sander for numerous years and the original pad came apart probably 10+ years ago and it got stuck on the shelf. Pulled it out and went looking at the box stores. Couldn’t find mainly because of the box store employees. Found this one and bought it immediately. Sander works after all these years and the pad works beautifully.

For power tools, always get OEM parts.... The feeling of frustration over poor quality lasts much longer than the sting of the higher price.

Replacement sander pad.
My Porter Cable sander has been a trooper for over a dozen years, but the pad had starter to come apart. This new one came quickly, fit perfectly, and seems to work fine. The key is will it hold up? Only time will tell.
