    great replacement filter

    This is a great generic filter. It's not rocket science, it fits the fittings and filters the water. It doesn't have to have a Frigidaire decal, it just needs to fit and to filter the water. It's visible inside the frig, and aesthetically it LOOKS the same as name brand. I'm glad to NOT pay for Frigidaire's advertising budget in the price of my filter. It's just like buying Ultrabrite toothpaste. Your kids have never heard of it because they stopped advertising on TV before they were born. But it has the exact same active ingredient in the exact same concentration as all the other toothpastes, including Crest's latest flavor with all its advertising gimmicks.

    Easy replacement

    Easy replacement with no leaks or problems! You just turn off the icemaker, pull out the old filter unit and install the new one! Flush the filter through the water port to get the carbon out, turn the icemaker back on and you're done! No leaks and you don't even have to turn the water off to the refrigerator! So easy a senior citizen can do it!!!

    Great flowrate after switching from pass-through to filter

    The product was exactly as needed for my Frigidaire WF2CB. I had the flow pass device previously. The refrigerator's bracket was broken due to the previous owner. I repaired the refrigerator's bracket using bathroom type clear adhesive sealant. The filter has allowed for the same flow as previously, for over a month.

    Looks like the right one

    Nice product, fit right in. Held down the reset button for about 10 seconds and the light turned green indicating it was good. Word of caution though. If your fridge has a button that turns off the water... do that. I didn't notice it and pressed the eject button to remove the old one, and it shot out of the refrigerator so hard that if I had been standing in front of it. it would have given me a black eye!!!

    Cheaply priced product, but of good quality

    I saw the exact same filter that I used to have in my fridge on ebay also, but it was like 70 bucks. Then I told myself, let me try one of these filters that is made from a different company. For about one third of that price and for two filters at that, I got a much better deal and I can say that it was definitely worth it. The filter works efficiently.
