Shipping was much faster than they indicated which is great! The item came brand new in original wrapping as described, and works perfectly. The only VERY MINOR issue was that the listing said it was model ADP-240EB B, and the model I actually received was the ADP-240 EB C. That being said, it's still 100% compatible with my laptop and seems to be working great.
