    New: almost, Old: yes, but capable.

    An old Blackberry yes!! the 9860 comes like new, i'm a bit tire of android and want to go back to this oldies phone not very exciting now but very capable at calling and texting, in social not much to do but i forget from the constantly updates google perform almost every two weeks and the phone no matter how much memory you have, you end up without memory.

    Phone is 4G, NOT 3G as described, has a few technical flaws

    I bought my BB Torch 9860 used, but at a great price. It is a 4G phone, NOT 3G as in descriptions. Battery life is really short without apps running in background. It doesn't have enough memory to install apps, only a few can be downloaded. It's amazingly slow for being 4G and locks up/busy working quite a bit. This is my third BB phone, I won't switch, I still love the way BB phones work, extremely easy and bigger menu selections compared to other smart phones. It is a nove phone, just has a few flaws. Can't wait for the NEW BB phone to come out, if it's like this one, but bigger and better, I'll sure get me one.

    Still the best smartphones around

    Nothing beats Blackberry for function. If you want apps and games maybe Android will be best for you. I used several BB's for years and tried an Android this month. Android is missing a lot of intuitive, functional features and freezes up all the time. Funny how they talk about games, video and dual core processors and the things still freeze up! Crazy. Never had these problems with Blackberry. Fastest email, compressed data, encrypted data, most ergonomic and intuitive operating system available. Maybe WP7 has more style. Maybe iPhone is prettier, maybe Android is more fun, but I don't care about those things...I want my device to work right when I need it to.

    My Favorite BlackBerry

    I have owned BlackBerry phones from the getgo. I can honestly say, of all the models I have owned, the 9860 is my all around favorite. Sure the sound out of the BB 9000 is better. Yes, the new Zs have more memory and processing speed. No, the 9860 does NOT have a traditional keypad...and yes, despite the name Torch, it IS a Storm in disguise (hence its lack of popularity). I concede all those things AND even that its battery-life is not on par with the Q-10 by far... ...even though it may fall short on individual basis, to its brethren, once you hold it in your hand, all others quickly pale by comparison. The feel of this phone is just right. The reception is outstanding. The memory adequate. The processor speed sufficient. The touchscreen great. The camera completely ...

    Great phone to have, money is worthy!

    This phone is excellent, slide screen give a easy menu, programs really accessible,battery life good, even if you are in the internet and multitasking that drains the battery hold for a while. Overseas is the great deal! if you travel a lot this is the smartphone to have.
