    Battery Works but unnecessary

    I bought this to replace my battery in my Dell XPS 9550. My existing battery was working fine but gasses created by the battery were trapped in the battery casing which caused it to expand. The battery I purchased here worked as well as my existing battery but had holes poked in it to give the gasses a way to escape. So if you're having the same problem I had, I'd recommend saving your money and just poking holes in the plastic wrap of your existing battery to let the gasses escape instead of paying someone else 70 bucks to take the 3 minutes to do it for you. Just do it outside and don't breathe in the gas.

    Works well, but not genuine Dell product

    The Qr code was fake/unreadable. It’s a knock off. Arrived quickly, installed quickly. The reason for only 3 stars is because it was advertised as a genuine Dell battery and it was not.

    Replaced Bloated Battery

    Great replacement. Although used, it works as well or nearly so. I'm one of those Dell XPS 9550 owners who's battery bloated. The pressure of the bloated battery caused the touchpad to stop working. I can't believe Dell hasn't been forced to recall the batteries.
