    It is portable, I can keep my privacy. No need for public wifi. Always a good connection. I can use my computer, iPad, iPhone and printer all at once wirelessly. This is my 2nd one. I have used the hotspot system over 7 years.

    DEVICE CAN NO LONGER BE ACTIVATED

    Verizon WILL NO LONGER ACTIVATE THIS DEVICE if you were still grandfathered in the VERY OLD 3G TRULY UNLIMITED Data plan. IF you have one of these that is still under that plan and it is working - SAFEGUARD/PROTECT it like your life depends on it because you will NEVER get another one activated on the Verizon Network.

    MiFi 2200

    Works great with 3G, but not with 4G. Also it you use it for a long period of time, have a fan blowing on it. The unit can get hot which will shorten it's life. If your not going to use it for a while. Take the battery out, otherwise it will turn on by itself and run the battery down.

    Working great.

    I received this item well before the estimated date of arrival so I was stoked about that, didn't have any problems setting it or or anything and turning right on. The battery was excellent that came with the device, although the charger wasn't the original and was a rather cheap one that broke on me, but I had the original so no worries there. I also noticed a sticker on the top of the device and peeled it off to find it was just to make the device look newer, although under the sticker was almost mint condition so no complaints. Definitely recommend.

    Defective

    Spent several hours with 3 different Verizon support tech's, all three said your device is now active, except that I could not connect to the internet. I then went to a Verizon store, same thing happened.
