Inexpensive and give you added protection for your large binoculars.
I purchased this case in the hopes it would fit my Meade 15X70 Astro Binoculars and was pleasantly surprised when they actually fit like a glove. The adhesive that fastens to the inner foam cut out to the case interior didn't seem to be adhering very well but with a little pressing and weight binoculars in place it seems to be just fine now. I would say these are a step above the soft cases that usually come with these binoculars when new, They are easy to carry and do give you some added protection to your glass. Overall I'd say their well worth the inexpensive price. I thought it said hard shell
Perhaps I misunderstood the description. It is semi- rigid at best. I don’t feel like my binoculars are that much safer than the soft plastic bag they come in. This feels like a liner for a real luggage case.
